Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions are as per below:

1. The prices shown do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

2. Based on first come, first serve basis.

3. Payment method shall be either via Cash Deposit, Wire Transfer OR Maybank2U / CIMB Clicks to the Bank Account Number given in our email / SMS to you.

4. Payment has to be made within 36 hours after the confirmation of order email is sent to you, otherwise order will be canceled automatically. (Please inform us earlier if there will be any late payment)

5. No exchange/refund is allowed except certain unforeseen circumstances. All items will be checked thoroughly prior to shipping to customers. If any damage was found upon receiving of the item(s), it is recommended that photos to be taken on the damaged item(s) for claim filing purpose to the courier service provider.

6. If buyers do not receive any reply from us within 48 hours, please re-send your email again. It might be a technical problem and we did not receive your email.

7. Order/payment made will be processed/shipped out on the next day (except Saturday and Sunday).

8. All information contained herein is subject to change without prior notice.

9. We will not be responsible and / or held liable to any items posted that are lost / damage in the mail.
